Home Guard is break-in protection made simple. To use this option, you require at least one myStrom device and the myStrom App with an active myStrom Guard subscription. You can control Home Guard through the myStrom App, Button or Timer.

Thieves usually case the location and prefer isolated, unoccupied, unsecured locations. myStrom Home Guard uses Presence Simulation to indicate that someone is home – this is the most effective method to prevent break-ins. Home Guard uses realistic, random switching patterns in relation to the location, daylight and season. Home Guard switches compatible lights and devices e.g. WiFi Switches.
When myStrom Home Guard detects a presence through the motion sensor, you will be immediately alerted: via push notification, call or email. For call alerts you can define two separate phone numbers. All alarms contain the room and device name – for easier identification.
Because every second counts, myStrom Home Guard also uses repulsion with lights, switches on devices (including SONOS and sirens) and triggers Actions. All alarm events are logged.
Other dangers can also threaten your home. Extreme temperatures or humidity can imperceptibly damage your home. myStrom Home Guard uses the temperature and humidity sensors built into certain devices to alert you on time.
With myStrom Home Guard you can turn your WiFi Button, WiFi Button Plus and dingz into panic buttons that trigger an alarm upon pressing them. Also works when Home Guard is not active.
